How it works
Harvest → Drop off → Processing → Notification → Pickup. Here's what happens at each step.

Bring us your deer
Field dress and cool your deer as soon as you can after the harvest, then bring it to 115 Whites Rd in French Camp. Keep your tag and harvest information with the animal. If you're not sure how to prepare it, call and ask — we'd rather answer the question than have you guess.

Check in
We'll write up a ticket with your name, phone number, deer identification and tag information, the processing you want, and any special instructions. Be specific about cuts, grind and sausage — that ticket is what we work from.

We process your deer
Your deer is skinned, quartered, trimmed and cut to your instructions, then ground, seasoned or smoked as ordered and packaged for the freezer.

We'll notify you
We'll call or text the number on your ticket as soon as your order is finished, so keep an eye on your phone rather than driving out to check.

Pick up your order
Come by during posted pickup hours with your ticket number. If someone else is picking up for you, let us know their name at check-in. Call ahead to confirm hours and accepted payment methods.
